Head over to https://app.surveywell.io/register to create your Surveywell account.
Surveywell is purpose built for Gorgias, so the first thing we're going to ask is for you to add the URL to your Gorgias domain. This is the URL displayed on your browser when you access your Gorgias account (e.g. mydomain.gorgias.com/app).
Once added, the integration will be setup.
It's that simple!
The integration is complete. We will prepare a demo satisfaction Survey for you based on your Gorgias CSAT settings, or the default Gorgias CSAT in case you haven't set it up.
From there, you can further configure one or multiple satisfaction surveys in Surveywell. When you are done, activate it and ensure your native Gorgias CSAT is turned off!
